6-week CAF Ready Assessment

Alithya will provide you with a CAF-aligned assessment tailored to your organization that provides a strategic framework for cloud adoption. Our experts follow Microsoft’s CAF best practices to review your cloud adoption goals and needs. The assessment will recommend cloud strategies for resource organization, landing zones, and initial app migrations.

Agenda:

Phase 1: Azure Setup Guide This process focuses on preparing your environment for cloud adoption. Our experts will review your organizational structure and recommend how to organize your cloud-based resources with an eye for operational support, security, cost management and scalability.

Phase 2: Azure Landing Zones Here we will share a deployment approach and design principles for your Azure landing zones. Alithya experts will review and recommend a deployment approach and design to implement an Azure landing zone.

Phase 3: Best Practices for Initial App Migrations In the final phase of the assessment, Alithya consultants will review your candidate apps and provide recommendations for which applications to initially migrate and what Azure Services your organization should focus on first.

Deliverables: After completing the ready assessment your organization will receive the following deliverables, which includes (1) one round of review and update:

1. Azure setup guide with recommendations on Azure subscriptions, resource groups, and management group structures to organize your cloud resources
2. Azure landing zone design recommendations including:

• Network connectivity
• Azure Active Directory (AD) Tenants
• Shared services

3. Best practice recommendations for initial application migrations

• Review candidate applications to migrate
