Solution Overview: Our proposed solution involves a Proof of Concept (POC) and comprehensive consultation for implementing an Azure AI-based Document Processing system. This system harnesses several cutting-edge technologies, including AI Builder, Azure AI Translator, SharePoint Online, Power Apps, Azure Databricks, and Azure SQL.
Objective: The primary goal of this solution is to empower the Legal and Contracts department. They will have the capability to upload or synchronize any document, which will then be automatically translated into their preferred language using AI. Additionally, the system will enhance the document review process by identifying key points that require special attention.
Custom Model and Attributes: Leveraging our custom model built on AI Builder, clients can define specific attributes for automated data extraction. Furthermore, they have the option to translate extracted data into desired languages.
Deployment and Management: Our expertise extends beyond the initial implementation. We will deploy the AI use case and ensure its seamless integration within existing infrastructure. This includes adhering to Cloud Governance and Security best practices.
