This Business level service provides you with all the features available in our Base and Pro levels, which includes overnight break/fix support as well as access to critical services such as LogicMonitor and Cloud Health and features such as ‘How to’ support. In addition to this, the Business package includes access to the OS Management service, which includes operating system patching as well as access to support on Backups, giving you the chance to take a hands off approach to the day to day management of the platform and rely on ANS for a significant portion of the work.
