How we do it: We assess each situation in a matter of three ways- red, yellow and green. We put together a detailed report based on each individual segment assessment. Based off the overall outcome of the readiness assessment report, Apex will plan the next steps of your Azure journey, broken down with any possible risk that could impact the business.

Green: On target, no major issues identified. Any risks raised have been addressed or are not expected to impact the Go-Live

Yellow: Area has a number of issues and needs attention. Variances occur but remedies can reasonably correct noted variances Go-Live may proceed with proper monitoring and resolution.

Red: Area has critical issues requiring immediate attention. If not addressed, this will have an impact to the Go-Live and business operations and must be closely monitored and controlled.
