We are going to perform a workshop of the SAP along with sizing as per SAP Best practice to ensure Greenfield or Bluefield implementation of SAP S/4 HANA

Workshop Day wise Details

Day 1

  • Greenfield – SAP Quick Sizer – User Based Sizing or Throughput Based Sizing
  • Bluefield - EWA or Manual Assessment of SAP Landscape


Day 2

  • Greenfield – Business Case preparation to finalize Implementation Plan
  • Bluefield - S/4HANA Assessment –SAP Readiness check, Custom Code Remedy, and Function Enhancement Value Chain


Day 3

  • Identifying Primary and Secondary – “SAP Certified Series” - VM, Storage, Networks, Security


Day 4

  • Summary of current or upcoming end-of-life products with upgrade path recommendations in Blue field implementation
    • .


Day 5

  • Executive Presentation of High-level and low- level S/4 HANA Implementation plan and high-level architecture on Cloud
  • S/4 HANA Greenfield/Bluefield implementation plan


Day 6

  • Based on the Sizing of S/4HANA and Assessment – We will prepare the Azure BOQ based on SAP Best Practices and Business Resiliency


Day 7

  • Executive Summary Technical Presentation with Detailed Final Migration strategy and high-level and low-level architecture on Cloud
