• Agree what needs to be set up on the proof of concept.
• Azure Migration and Modernisation Program: Discuss the support, tools & Microsoft funding available through AMMP to streamline your migration to Azure Virtual Desktop.
• Create a test plan, and identify a subsection of your users to conduct UAT (User Acceptance Testing).
• Set up an initial implementation of AVD to publish to UAT.
• Review Session: Review feedback from testing users and assess the success of the solution.
