4-Week Proof of Concept (POC):

The DF Document Extractor Proof of Concept (POC) will demonstrate how the solution streamlines document processing, reducing manual effort for industries such as legal, healthcare, insurance, and banking. During this 4-week POC, we’ll guide your organization through document processing workflows to ensure a smooth transition to production.

POC Service Inclusions:

•Document Processing Evaluation: Assess your existing workflows and requirements to ensure DF Document Extractor can handle your document types (e.g., contracts, invoices, medical records). •Solution Deployment: Deploy DF Document Extractor in our Azure environment, utilizing Azure App Services for hosting, Azure Blob Storage for document handling, Azure Form Recognizer for content extraction, Azure AI Services for query answering, and Azure SQL for secure data management. •AI-Powered Smart Suggestions: Leverage Azure OpenAI to generate context-driven insights and respond to custom queries, enabling faster, more informed decision-making. •System Testing and Validation: Process sample documents post-deployment to validate functionality, ensuring it aligns with your business needs. •Handover and Training: Provide training to your team for a smooth transition and effective use of the solution.

Prerequisites for the POC:

•Access to your document sources (e.g., PDFs or structured content). •Per-Page Document Processing Charges: Document processing during the POC will be billed on a per-page basis, providing flexible and scalable pricing based on document volume.

Exclusions:

•Azure Costs: Azure subscription or infrastructure costs are not your responsibility during the POC phase, as it will be deployed in our Azure environment. •Baseline Accuracy: The POC will use out-of-the-box accuracy without model fine-tuning. Post-POC, fine-tuning options will be available for enhanced performance. •Extended Testing: Performance and functional tests beyond the scope of this POC are not included.

Deliverables:

• Seamless integration of DF Document Extractor in our Azure environment. • Document analysis workflows tailored to your business. • A fully tested solution validated with real-world documents.

Post-POC Outcomes:

After the POC, you can either: •Continue using DF Document Extractor in our Azure environment, billed on a per-page basis. •Migrate the solution to your Azure environment, with associated Azure costs and a one-time deployment fee.
