• Workshop to agree your key 5 key manufacturing KPIs (Up to a maximum of 5)

** Day 2 - 7 **

• Analytics Design & Development
• Creation of a proof of concept design, utilizing the Microsoft Modern Data platform components, including Azure Data Factory, Azure SQL Data Warehouse and Power BI

** Day 8 - 13**

• Creation of agreed KPI Visualisations in Power BI

** Day 14**

• Deployment of Production Pilot to Customer

** Day 15**

• Presentation of pilot

Deliverables

By the end of the engagement a manufacturing industry focused dashboard will be delivered, backed by an Azure hosted data warehouse which will enable business leaders to manage up to 5 key KPIs as an enabler for business growth and improvement.
