The service is to assess and evaluate BizTalk Upgrade or Azure Migration of the customers Integration Platform.

Our delivery is designed to provide you the optimal conditions for realizing your ambitions for digital transformation. Based on your business needs, ambitions and current state, we assess the different options for a target architecture (on-prem upgrade of BizTalk, upgrade and a selective migration to Azure or Azure Migration). We assess and describe the option including cost / benefit.

Our consultants are well experienced within BizTalk and Azure technology.

Stage 1: Assessment • Identify and document your business integration needs, desired business outcome, existing pain points and your digital strategy. • Identify and document your BizTalk installation, technical pain points and expected technical outcome. • Based on existing documentations and customer dialogue, we analyze the business outcome and existing platform.

Stage 2: Design to-be Architecture • Decide which options to be investigated • On-prem server upgrade or Lift-and-Shift (Azure IaaS) upgrade • Hybrid platform (BizTalk upgrade and selective migration to Azure Integration Services) • Full migration to Azure Integration Services • Design a to-be architecture for selected options • Target states • Analyze and document CAPEX and OPEX for the new architecture(S) • Establish plan for upgrade / migration

Stage 3: Proof of concept* *Not mandatory but recommended and therefore not included in the 2 weeks time estimate. • Scope scenario and deliver pilot • Document and demonstrate

Stage 4: Summary and recommendation • Develop report with findings and recommendations • Business case and return on investment • Develop presentation deck for internal use • Presentation to stakeholders
