1-Establish an understanding of the institution goals and objectives to accurately assess the scope and direction of the engagement. 2-Report about current applications, staff/student policies in use. 4-Report about current data security and encryption policies. 5-Report about suggestions to start remote communication and collaboration securely. 6-A Permission Guide explaining how you should deploy an organizational hierarchy for effectively ensuring all communications are being done securely and archived for compliance as necessary. 7-Report about Azure Rights Management policies to be implemented in next step. 8-Report about Azure based Information protection policies to be implemented in next steps. 9-Presentation to the management team. 10-Review the results of the finding with the Client and finalize next steps. 11-Deliver high-level TCO (Total Cost of Ownership) of Remote Learning Solution.
