We’ll quickly migrate your applications, data, and architecture to Azure while helping your organization create a cloud strategy to address key security and compliance, disaster recovery and backup, and data retention goals.

Phases:

1. Planning: Gather information on your infrastructure background through a data and architecture assessment

2. Workshop: Identify scenarios to model in Azure

3. Landing Zone Deployment: Includes working sessions to implement ADS to scenarios

4. Data Platform Handover: Take over management of modernized data estate

Deliverables:

1. Planning: A report that highlights quality, availability, and usability of data sources. Identify engagement plans and goals

2. Workshop: • A data-driven use case defined by a scoping document where the drivers for growth and adoption have been identified • A solution architecture that explains the technical foundation that is required to support the identified use case and an estimate for implementation and operating costs • A transformation playbook that discusses the data and architecture modernization roadmap and related topics such as guidance through Crayon’s experts

3. Landing Zone Deployment: • A project delivery mode that fits the clients need in terms of agility, transparency and overhead minimization • An implementation of the solution architecture derived in the assessment phase and enabling the scope use case • A production ready deployment of the solution architecture on Microsoft Azure. • Continuous know-how transfer sessions with the client to upskill the client’s staff to enable a pain-free handover process.
