Azure Cloud Adoption: 2 week assessment

Our Journey to the Cloud framework supports you in achieving your cloud adoption goals. We offer a hybrid infrastructure and application assessment focused on your IT landscape giving valuable insights into your current infrastructure and applications and providing you with a roadmap to Azure for moving assets to the Cloud. Our pre-defined Microsoft approved framework will help us meet you wherever you are on your organisation's journey to cloud.

This assessment is comprised of a 1 day workshop with key stakeholders from your organisation followed by a 1 to 2 week evaluation and documentation phase. The purpose of the assessment is to gain an understanding of your organisation's cloud readiness and cloud maturity enabling us to determine where your requirements are for migration to Azure.

The assessment output is documentation which details:

• As Is landscape evaluation
• Target landscape determination
• High level Total Cost of Ownership
• Next steps and high level recommendations

Post-assessment, our predefined framework enables us to understand your business objectives through further information gathering workshops to identify architectural gaps and business challenges. We analyse your infrastructure and workloads using our own IP tooling to identify hidden challenges to a smooth migration. We design high-level infrastructure based on blueprinted solutions, applying best practice and identifying the best execution to meet your business outcomes. We will validate that the design matches the original business objectives and that high-level design and roadmap are reviewed and refined as the journey progresses.
