EHC Consulting - Epic on Azure Advisory Service: 8-Week Assessment

The most important part of moving Epic to Azure is having a detailed and well-architected plan. In this 8-week assessment, EHC Consulting will perform a full discovery of your current Epic footprint and associated third-party application dependencies. Additionally, the EHC Consulting executive team will sit down with the customer's executive team to understand the business objectives that are important to the organization. The technical findings will be closely tied to the communicated business objectives to create the following deliverables at the end of the 8-week engagement: high-level and low-level architecture diagrams, Epic configuration diagram, detailed migration plan, detailed migration timeline, remediation plan, business case, and Total Cost of Ownership model. EHC Consulting will use these deliverables to migrate in-scope Epic environments to Azure when customers may not have the in-house expertise to build, configure and manage Epic in Azure.
