Cloud Maturity: 3 Weeks Assessment

Based on the Cloud Maturity Model of the Open Alliance for Cloud Adoption (OACA), our interdisciplinary team (covering architecture, security, operation and business topics) together with your teams will assess your company’s maturity for using Azure cloud services and provide you with concrete recommendations.

We propose a structured and pragmatic approach, tuned to your request and combining concrete recommendations from the field with advisory experience in multiple business areas.

Week 1:

• Build a core team of stakeholders
• Define key questions & cloud use cases
• Tune OACA’s Cloud Maturity Model to your organization

Week 2:

• Understand your current state through interviews
• Define your target state

Week 3:

• Identify and prioritize gaps and improvements

The effort is an estimate based on our experience with clients proficient in using cloud services.
