Azure VMware Solution: 15-Days Assessment

Elgon's expertise will guide you to a successful cloud assessment and implementation.

Based on the Cloud Readiness Assessment recommendation, we are going to assess your infrastructure in order to implement Azure VMware Solution into Azure ( AVS ). Allowing you to extend your current network to Azure via an Express Route or a VPN connection. Management tools remain the same as on-premises to simplify the life of your local IT team based on their knowledge.

Elgon is working with guidance and baseline of the framework Cloud Adoption Framework (CAF) and Azure Well-Architected Framework (WAF)

We propose to assess the current environment for a fixed price.

Assessment for Azure VMware Solution:

• VMware compatibility
• VM resources needed.
• Network connectivity (ExpressRoute / VPN)
• Firewall / security
• Storage information
• Back-up DRP

Deliverables:

Once we have the results of the assessment, we will come back with the following deliverables:

• Migration plan for X VMs and AVS Nodes
• Financial proposal for a fixed price related to the implementation
• Migration timelines to prepare the work to be performed
• An Azure TCO estimation
• We will optimize the existing environment to suit the cloud concept.
