• 1 workshop with the customer
• Azure architect work
• 1 or 2 meetings with the customer during the assessment
• Azure architect work
• Walk through of the written report and roadmap

DELIVERABLE = Written report:
• How modern Azure services can support customers business and processes
• Which services, migrations and/or transformations would bring the best business value to the customer (price vs. value)
• Roadmap; how to phase actions and take dependencies into account

NEEDED INFORMATION AND PARTICIPATION OF THE CUSTOMER:
• Workshop needs IT and Business representatives present
• Current IT-architecture, IT-costs and pain points
• Role of the current IT-solutions
• Future plans for the business
• Hopes and/or targets for the cloud transformation
• Willingness to participate on meetings, give answers and support our Azure architect
