The Springboard™ for Azure consulting engagement tackles the eight core areas of design in the Microsoft Cloud Adoption Framework, ensuring the solution answers the requirements from all parts of your business. The process is highly collaborative, fully transparent and lightning fast, utilizing Infrastructure as Code, Agile, and DevOps.

What Is Included:
Week 1:
  • Engagement kick-off workshop where Fujitsu get to know your organization, identify stakeholders and align resources to support the implementation.
  • Discovery workshops to understand your current usage of Azure Cloud Services, Agile and DevOps ways of working.
  • Q&A and knowledge share sessions to help your organization in the adoption of Azure and Enterprise Scale Landing Zones.
    • Week 2:
  • Creation of an Azure DevOps Project based on a Scrum delivery process.
  • Creation of Infrastructure as Code Pipelines and Repos following a discovery workshop.
    • Weeks 3 and 4:
  • Setup and Configuration of the Azure Governance/Enterprise Scaffold aligned to the organization using Fujitsu’s Springboard™ service blueprint.
  • Delivery of infrastructure components as per design.
  • Functional and non-functional testing, including project sign-off.
  • Final presentation show and tell.
