Cybersecurity Assessment with GDPR - 2 weeks

The Cybersecurity Assessment covers an end to end verification of your strategical policies and procedures for managing your network today. This part of the assessment is based on the global standards of CIS controls. It covers your system and application deployments and eventually it also includes an assessment of your management of personal data according to the recently implemented GDPR regulation from the European Union. The outcome is a comprehensive PowerBI report that will give you specific recommendations on how and where you can improve your maturity level and experience an even higher level of security.

Agenda

Day 1-2 – Planning

• Agree on relevant team participants
• Define schedule for each task to be managed

Day 3-5 – Data Collection

• Gather information from network with existing or new data collection tools
• Manage interviews for Cybersecurity CIS Controls and GDPR assessment

Days 6-8 – Data Analysis

• Review and validate all collected data
• Compare collected physical data with information collected through interviews
• Build data-driven reports and recommendations

Day 9-10 – Share reports and presentation

• Share draft report with Client to get feedback
• Review feedback and consider potential report updates
• Final presentation and support building roadmap based on recommendations
