The HMB 10-week implementation is focused on the migration of Azure Migration Program (AMP) approved .NET and SQL workloads listed in the Microsoft and customer Statements of Work (SOW).
The HMB 10-week implementation is focused on the migration of Azure Migration Program (AMP) approved workloads. This effort will include all scope in the Microsoft AMP Statement of Work. HMB will migrate all .NET and SQL workloads based on a custom Cloud Adoption Framework (CAF) focused on an iterative repeatable process.
• Cloud Strategy • Cloud Foundation • Cloud Migration Planning • Cloud Governance • Cloud Operations • Cloud FinOps The Cloud Strategy and Cloud Foundation workstreams are mostly covered under the AMP Assessment. The 10-week implementation focuses more on Cloud Migration Planning, Cloud Governance, and Cloud Operations. During this implementation, HMB will migrate all identified .NET and SQL Databases to Azure App Services or other identified compute services. Our iterative agile delivery model will focus on the following repeatable processes. • Application Rationalization: Identify and update accordingly to ensure cloud native capability within a modernized application. Focus on extending code functionality for App Service compatibility. • Database Rationalization: Database assessment through Azure Database Migration Service and DBA analysis to determine service migration for relational and nonrelational databases. Focus on Azure SQL Managed Instance and Azure SQL DB. • Application Deployment: Structure application migration portfolio by Epic, User Story, tasks, and backlogs while aligning to release planning and sprint planning.
Estimate is based on 3 cloud specialists migrating 3-4 apps over 10 weeks
