Our Expertise Connect for watsonx.data is a monthly subscription based, fixed priced, part number offering which allows you to access to a "just in time" watsonx.data technical consultant who is deeply, product focused. Our subject matter experts (SMEs) can assess that your solution is designed, deployed correctly and securely the first time, so that the full features and functions of your watsonx.data solution is effectively leveraged for your production and non-production workloads. Our SMEs bring their AI knowledge base so that you can adopt, secure and scale AI for the long term.

IBM Technology Expert Labs monthly subscription based Expertise Connect, allows for a designated Subject Matter Expert (SME) from IBM or a certified IBM Delivery Partner who will:

(i) Bring you their deep skills in the IBM Technology you are requesting Expertise Connect for (e.g., watsonx.data)

(ii) Build a long-term relationship with you

(iii) Customize technical advice, guidance and best practices specific to your environment

(iv) Help your team stay proactive through planning, regular health reviews and optimization situations

(v) Mitigate risks and improve performance and stability

(vi) Help you grow proficiency (learning from our best practices) and accelerate business value

Expertise Connect watsonx.data clients can expect our consultants to:

• Help accelerate your watsonx.data adoption and data source integration needs
• Mitigate your risks of costly mistakes and avoid common pitfalls
• Provide recommendations for building and managing center of competency for using AI
• Create and maintain connections to data wherever it resides (on AWS cloud data repository and/or on-premises) with watsonx.data

Expertise Connect subscription offerings are based on the selected and agreed scope of activities defined in the Service Description. Pricing is based on a monthly subscription basis for a minimum of a 6 month or 12 month term. Please see details in the Service Description for options beyond that of the normal 1/4 of a FTE time allocation.
