• Propose Azure Infrastructure sizing for target environment based on performance metrics
• Provide Azure Estimated Consumption & Other components Estimate
• Create Azure Subscription

• Set up Azure and on-premises prerequisites
• Create a Recovery Services vault for Site Recovery
• Setup Configuration Server & Process Server
• Setup Azure Network /VPN
• Set up the source and target replication environments
• Create a replication policy
• Enable replication for a server
• Monitor replication health status

• Carry DR test Drill
• Hand over to Client
