Agenda for 2-Week Implementation

Phase 1- Kick-off meeting and discussion

  • Discuss organization’s objective & expectations regarding a virtual desktop environment.
  • Discuss about the current environment and get an understanding of how users are currently accessing data remotely.
  • Gather technical requirements needed to setup and build the environment.

Phase 2: Analysis and Design

  • Analyse all the information gathered.
  • Plan and design an optimum WVD infrastructure using Microsoft’s best practices to best fit your business needs.

Phase 3: Deployment

Here our engineers will build and prepare your WVD environment within Azure. This could include:

  • Provisioning an Azure Tenant and setting up and Azure AD
  • Setting up WVD Tenant
  • Provisioning WVD host pool
  • Configuring apps and desktops for users

Phase 4: Transforming your Organization

  • Give a walkthrough of the Virtual Desktop Environment and how your organization will be able to use it.
  • Provide support throughout the transition

Phase 5: Transition to Managed Services

  • Onboarding to MSP
  • Setting up alerts & notifications
  • Monitoring & managing end to end WVD Subscription
  • Sharing Review reports
