The Managed XDR service package provides clients with a 24/7/365 cybersecurity detection and response solution — directly via Insight — for threat detection, threat hunting, threat investigations and proactive response actions, plus 24/7 access to Insight’s Security Operations Center (SOC) analysts. Additionally, the service extends across your environment utilizing Microsoft Sentinel™ (SIEM + XDR) for log collection and ingestion, with Defender and Azure® Active Directory® (AD) supporting the four key areas of security: endpoints, email, cloud and identity.

Through manual and automated daily log analysis, our security team proactively detects suspicious activity in the environment and coordinates course corrections. The technology used to perform detections relies heavily on the data sources it collects logs from, and Insight provides consultative recommendations as to which data sources to include in monitoring for maximum effectiveness.

Most malicious activity occurs on endpoints, and legacy endpoint protection products are not sufficient to detect threats — Microsoft® Defender for Endpoints provides modern-day threat protection. Our security solution collects and automatically correlates data across multiple security layers — endpoints (network and user), identities, email and cloud workloads.

Managed XDR price per endpoint is dependent upon total quantities and log ingestion and will range from $100-$290/endpoint annually, excluding licensing fees and any needed Professional or Consulting Services.
