Kraft Kennedy will first perform an analysis of a non-production copy of each of the Client’s iManage libraries. This review will cover items such as metadata analysis and usage, analysis of empty workspace folders, and various other health-checks to prepare for a successful migration to iManage Cloud. Following the analysis, Kraft Kennedy will conduct a review with the Client to discuss any issues uncovered, recommended remediation steps, and other potential action items.
During the workshop portion, we will identify existing technical challenges, business needs, and desired outcomes. We will also discuss available features and configurations and determine the scope and framework for the planned environment. This workshop will consist of a series of sessions lasting up to 2 days in total. The workshop will be conducted by Kraft Kennedy consultants and will be delivered remotely with appropriate Client stakeholders.
