1. Discovery (Day 1):
One day of discovery sessions to capture the current landscape both from technical and business point of view.

Business challenges with respective to current application setup.
2. Analyze (Day 2 & 3)
Two days of interactive sessions with the client IT and web application team to go over any two of the current applications in production and preparing a checklist for possible improvements /enhancements which include various azure components listed but not limited to below:
Web application Migration
Analyze applications to be modernized for Azure environment with initial roadmap and approach.
3. Recommendations (Day 4 & 5)
Two days of evaluating various modernization options available with inputs from both Business and IT. Then preparing a detailed Migration plan with recommendations.
Recommendations document along with action plan for prioritized app modernization plan with effort estimation and cost details.
