Azure Purview: Data Governance 3-Week POC

During the 3-week jumpstart engagement, Neudesic will design, build and deploy an enterprise data governance solution that sets the foundation for mapping, cataloging, and generating insights across your data assets. The fully functional and customized data governance solution helps clients understand the capabilities and benefits of Azure Purview.

Delivery Process: Envision (Week 1): • Identify business challenges, opportunities, and business scenarios. • Document data classifications and compliance requirements. • Understand the data ecosystem and identify and enrich data sources. Design (Week 2): • Create a unified map by integrating data from 3-5 data sources. • Design an architecture for Azure Purview data map, data catalog, and data insights. Develop (Week 3): • Deploy a custom Azure Purview implementation in your environment and create data mapping, business glossary, and data catalog

Final Deliverables: • Customized architecture and deployment of Azure Purview • Registration and enrichment of your data assets • Configuration of a one-stop shop to provide access to data assets with advanced search and functionality • Training and hand-off to the team
