AI/ML Pilot Project: 8-Weeks POC

In this Proof of Concept (POC)/pilot project engagement we will translate a business-specific challenge at hand into an ML objective and construct an AI/ML model using a subset of your data.

In this POC engagement, we will translate the challenge/problem at hand into an ML objective, standup an Azure ML Platform, and construct an AI/ML model using Azure AutoML or Azure Cognitive Toolkit based on client requirements.

During this engagement we will work with the client to achieve the following tasks using Azure Machine Learning Platform: 

  • Translate problem statement to a machine learning objective
  • Acquire/Extract sample data
  • Perform exploratory data analysis & understand/comprehend data
  • Pre-process data for ML model training
  • Construct an ML model and validate its performance
  • Explore options for model deployment/serving
  • Identify potential technology/infrastructure/operational modifications to integrate ML model
At the end of this engagement, you can expect the following:
  • Insights/observations from exploratory data analysis
  • Performance of the trained model on sample data
  • Recommendation for model deployment/serving
  • Recommendations for technology/infrastructure/operational modifications
