This briefing is carried out by an Enterprise Architect to discuss our Cloud and Azure Strategy & Assessments covering high level the below engagements:

Cloud Strategy: Forms part of risual’s Cloud Transformation portfolio. It helps organisations understand the benefits of transforming datacentre services with Microsoft Azure cloud technology, reducing costs and driving innovation. It forms the basis for transforming IT services with an assessment of current arrangements and problems along with opportunities for driving value through the cloud.

Cloud Assessment: This engagement contributes towards your overall Cloud Strategy. It can be performed as part of the overall strategy or as an individual engagement and helps organisations to determine the organisations readiness for transforming services using cloud technology. The service undertakes an assessment of current the existing services including how do the existing cloud and on-premises services align to your security and compliance requirements. The assessments are undertaken by our Microsoft Azure Solution Architect qualified experts.

Cloud Adoption Planning: Forms part of risual’s Cloud Strategy engagement and can be performed individually. It helps organisations create a cloud adoption plan as part of the Microsoft Cloud Adoption Framework (CAF) or evaluates how mature the existing plan is identifying gaps that will support a successful cloud adoption.

Cloud Application Analysis: This service forms part of risual’s Cloud Strategy or can be performed individually. Our Business Annalists and Architects will review your cloud assessment data to further evaluating your current applications and service portfolio against "the five Rs of rationalisation" from the Cloud Adoption Framework. The output will provide guidance on how your services could transition to the cloud using Microsoft Azure IaaS, PaaS, and SaaS offerings to help drive true transformation and identify potential cost savings.
