Servian DevOps Compass, 1 Week - Workshop & Report

DevOps Compass is one of the Servian Compass solutions, focussing on the standard of practices across the DevOps lifecycle.

Through collaboration with the Client teams, Servian aims to ascertain sufficient knowledge of existing practices to provide a current state maturity assessment, as well as future recommended activities to enhance existing capability, or create new capability.

We focus on the various Azure tools that are available and how we can utilise them to better the DevOps practice within the organisation.

This is a multi-day workshop and a breakdown of the workshop is offered once further information is known about your organisation. The DevOps Compass runs for approximately 1 week with 2 consultants and delivers structured workshops for all levels of the business, with everyone on one journey and an outcome of a roadmap that focuses on business values.
