• Overview of the customer’s existing application infrastructure
• Identifying the dependencies for the application infrastructure
• The customer’s environment is analysed in detail with services like workshops, staging pilots, demos etc to establish a high availability DR strategy

Deliverables:

• Presentation of the discovery results
• Proposed high availability solution architecture
• Proposed DR solution architecture
• Reference documents & video snippets

Week 2: Design & PoC

• SNP architects consolidate the results from the assessment phase and delivers the proposed process flow, checklists, architecture reports with detailed recommendations.
• High level design blueprint of the DR solution
• PoC deployment

Deliverables:

• Highly available application infrastructure setup
• DR infrastructure setup
• Detailed documentation on infrastructure management
• Test results and recommendations
