Week 1 Agenda: -Kickoff Call -Discovery and strategy, document manual process which organization needs to automate -A brief assessment of your current technology stack and operational pain-points -Overview of how process automation is developed using Azure and related Microsoft products -Setup production environments -Begin development -Daily communication via Microsoft Teams, email, phone as necessary
Week 2 Agenda: -Software demo -Budget validation -Deployment
Deliverables: -Up to 50 hours of development time -All code created within the respective 50 hours of time -Brief documentation regarding code developed -Project plan focused on further automating the organizations manual processes
