2. Finalise with the client their migration requirements.
3. Propose a migration plan and strategy based on client's migration requirements. Our Plan includes the scope and deliverables.
4. Setup staging, production environments, domain, SSL, Database, appropriate azure resources needed for the application to be migrated
5. Setup backups
6. Migrate website, database and other required resources to Azure
7. Manage optimization and cost for the production website. Setup auto-scaling if required.
8. Verify Migration success

Deliverables:

1. Successfully migrated Infrastructure on Azure
2. Scripts, credentials, etc necessary for maintenance
