FinOps is a set of practices that aim to bring together finance, operations, and technology teams to optimize Azure spending. It involves managing costs, improving efficiency, and aligning to Azure resource usage with business goals. The goal is to strike a balance between innovation, speed, and cost control in Microsoft Azure environments.

With a focus on visibility, we tend to track down every penny being spend on Azure and provide the chargeback or show-back reporting, as required by our clients.

We believe in optimization of the workloads in environment with proactive approach by our dedicated team of FinOps Consultants. The primary goals are to provide the track down of cost, based on various metrices and organizational alignment, optimize the environment by removing the wastages, and provide the benefits of the variable cost model of the Azure based on the commitments and plans from different services.
