Community Training - Learning Experience Advisory will provide your organization with a clear understanding of the current state of your organization's learning experience and a documented plan to implement content and material changes leveraging Community Training.

Community Training provides a platform that enables organizations to deliver high-impact digital skills and other training through both mobile and offline capabilities over large, geographically disparate regions.

The Community Training - Learning Experience Advisory service helps Community Training customers understand how to best deliver new and existing training content while taking full advantage of the Community Training platform.

Wipfli is a Microsoft Tech for Social Impact partner and has been awarded as Microsoft Partner of the Year for Nonprofit Industry (2021) and Microsoft Partner of the Year Award Finalist for Inclusion Changemaker (2023).

The Community Training - Learning Experience Advisory includes three components:

  • Learning Experience Discovery: Collaborative exploration and detailing of learning goals, current outcomes and impacts, historical successes and growth opportunities, and learner personas
  • Analysis And Evaluation: Review of existing content, curriculum and materials to ensure alignment to and cohesion with the identified needs uncovered in the Learning Experience Discovery, as well as adaptability to the Community Training platform
  • Guidance And Recommendations: Debrief on Learning Experience Discovery findings and learning experience analysis, and presentation of roadmap for revising learning experience/content and maximizing the capabilities of the Community Training platform

Through the Community Training Learning Experience Advisory, your organization will receive three deliverables. This work will be led by one of Wipfli's Learning Experience professionals, who are well versed in Community Training and bring decades of instructional systems design experience.
  • Learning Experience Discovery Report: Summarizes findings from the collaborative exploration
  • Strategic Insights Report: Highlights key findings from the Analysis and Evaluation activity
  • Recommendations Playbook: Outlines key, actionable steps for improving the learning experience and optimizing delivery of your learning content on the Community Training platform
