The App Modernization Workshop is Wizeline’s framework in which a multidisciplinary team assesses your business and technology needs, develops a clear roadmap to modernize your applications leveraging Azure cloud solutions, and ultimately helps your company to become more modernization-driven to enjoy the next generation of cloud applications.

The main outcomes of the 8-week workshop are a plan for the desired high-level future state, including a clear roadmap for selected workloads to move and/or integrate to the cloud, as well as accompaniment and guidance through the implementation process.

Week 1 - Kicking the project off with workshops and assessing your existing environment

The Wizeline team meets with your team to deliver the Application Architecture Kickoff to complete a Cloud Capabilities Assessment

Week 2 - Engaging in advanced architectural and solutioning deep-dives

The Wizeline team starts to dive deeper into creating solutions and architecture for the future state of one of your applications

The Wizeline team works to turn all the requirements gathered, solutions recommended, and designed architectures during Weeks 1 & 2 into a final Application Design Document
