Azure AI Enterprise Search: 4Wk MVP

The Zure AI Enterprise Search is a 4 weeks project delivered by Zure experts that provides technical capability and organizational understanding on how to gain value and information from knowledge stored in enterprise documents.

The project contains:

• Creating technical capability to discover information in enterprise documents and files
• The capability to integrate the solution with various data sources
• A customized user experience with a brand-compliant look and feel.
• Considerations and coaching regarding enterprise governance, security and GDPR aspects related to AI

Technical components that this MVP uses are:

• Azure OPEN AI Service
• Cognitive Search
• Microsoft Bot Framework
• Azure Storage

After this project, the customer has a working technical MVP to access their enterprise documents as well as understanding of enterprise AI requirements such as governance and security.

Over the course of four weeks, our AI and Enterprise Search experts gather information on your current and desired state of AI practices, search capabilities, processes, tooling, environment, and culture..

1st Week - Current and desired state analysis

• Kickoff meeting.
• Your experts describe the current document, file and knowledge management environment and systems

2nd and 3rd Week - Implementation

• Zure experts implement the Enterprise Search MVP based on the customer's desired features

4th Week - Handover of deliverables

During 4th week we finalize assessment report and present our improvement suggestions in a handover meeting.

• We create backlog of suggested actions for your DevOps improvements.
