As part of the current state assessment, AC3 data experts will evaluate current state data platforms, including on-prem or cloud hosted data platforms such as Data warehouse, data marts, data lake, BI and reporting capabilities, data modelling methodologies, data science & AI/ML capabilities to recommend industry leading data & AI solutions that enable a data & automation driven organisation. The assessment involves workshops with key IT and Business stakeholders, understand the business strategy and goals, assessment of current data appliances whether they meet current and future business goals. The service also identifies architectural deviations from best practices, data governance and AI maturity assessment, offers actionable improvement recommendations, and delivers a strategic roadmap to enhance the value derived from your data investments. A high level Architecture of target state Data AI platform will be part of the assessment, technologies such as Azure Data AI Services, using ADLS Gen 2, Azure Synapse, Azure ADF, Azure ML, Azure OpenAI, Azure AI search, Azure App service, Copilot, Power BI, Microsoft Fabric, or Azure Databricks/Snowflake as some of the technologies may be part of the target state recommendation, tailored to customers needs For customers who are interested in how Artificial Intelligence (AI) can be leveraged, we offer an option to evaluate your current state of AI technical capability and governance with the focus on building an enterprise scale AI.
