Azure Service Bus queues are employed to manage document flow efficiently, decoupling content discovery from AI ingestion for optimal performance and scalability.
Secure Access and Data Privacy: The solution is secured using Azure Entra ID, ensuring that only authorised personnel can access the AI powered knowledge base, even when deployed on public cloud infrastructure.

How the process works Our AI solution rolls out in two agile phases: a rapid MVP, then a full production transition.
MVP Kickoff We deploy a production-ready MVP on Azure. This phase focuses on core AI knowledge validation, using a small, curated set of 10-15 documents. We fine tune the AI's tone and detail, proving its value quickly without getting bogged down by complex integrations. Key Azure services like AI Search and hosted OpenAI power this initial stage.
Scaling to Production After MVP success, we build a robust document ingestion pipeline to handle thousands of documents. This involves integrating SharePoint and Confluence connectors. We use Azure Service Bus queues to manage document flow efficiently, decoupling ingestion speeds. An admin UI lets users manage documents and monitor queries, while Azure Entra ID secures access and Terraform automates infrastructure.
