Day 1: Explore

Day 2: Plan

• Defining where your business is on its cloud journey
• Defining your business drivers for Azure
• Discussing Azure migration decision points

Day 3 and 4: Assess Preparing recommendations for migration to Azure based on 5 Disciplines of the Azure Cloud Adoption Framework

Leveraging the steps above to design your first Azure Landing Zone

Day 5: Presentation of Report and Next Steps

• Discuss and Present the design of your Azure Landing zone
• Review and identify priority issues and goals
• Share our recommendations.
• Jointly build high level plans for improvement or mitigation of Cloud services
• Discuss next steps.

Day 6 and 7: Build Azure Landing Zone This is a hands-on working session with you to:

• Create First Tenant and/or subscription
• Configure top-level governance
• Design top level Security and RBAC polices
• Build initial Hub network and Network security groups
• Discuss/Design/Build Azure access

We review other items which may come out of workshops but that will require additional time to configure and build outside the scope of this engagement. Including, but not limited to
