Azure Governance Model: 1Month Consultation project

Azure cloud is usually an multi-vendor environment where organizations might have several or many software suppliers working with their own product which they offer for organization. As there are many vendors working in same Azure subscriptions, the governance model and what kind of rules vendors have in environment rise more and more important to keep environment in hand. During this consultation project, we will go through the basic governance features of Azure and form a detailed documentation and playbook about the Azure Governance Model for your organization as well as a planned architecture for your Azure subscriptions and landing zones according to your organizational needs.

Azure Governance Model is based on Cloud Adoption Framework, and might include for example:

• Architecture and use of subscriptions
• Use of management groups and how partners working in Azure should be managed
• Azure naming conventions and tagging
• Use of policies to standardize the Azure environment
• Monitoring services
• Backups and business continuity planning
• Basic security features and frameworks to control security

After the project the you will have an Azure base-architure and Azure Governance Model planned, which should be constantly updated document and tool for your everyday Azure management use.
