Key Features: Integration with Teams: Provides intuitive and easy access to Smart Search functionality directly from platforms like Teams or Slack. Utilizing Azure OpenAI: Delivers accurate and natural conversational responses to user queries through advanced natural language processing. Azure AI Search: Facilitates efficient search capabilities, allowing quick extraction of necessary information from various document formats. Storage Account & Cosmos DB: Offers a reliable database for storing and managing unstructured and semi-structured data.
Architecture: The architecture maximizes resource management efficiency by utilizing Azure’s PaaS services. This structure supports the entire process, including data upload, text conversion, indexing, search, and final result output, by integrating various services and channels. Bot Services: Receives user input via chat, processes it through an agent integrated with Azure OpenAI, and returns the search results. Azure AI Document Intelligence: Converts uploaded documents into text and indexes them for easier search. Cosmos DB Integration: Indexed data can be stored in Cosmos DB, enabling effective management and search of unstructured or semi-structured data.
