Automation Hub is a product and services offering used to accelerate and provide customer's end-to-end automation into Azure through design, deployment and automated integrations.
Automation Hub is a product and services offering designed to accelerate customers consumption of Azure IaaS, PaaS, SaaS, services, as well as Day 2 Operations in a Cloud Environment. The service involves accelerating the configuration of ServiceNow into a Service Portal with integrations into Azure, Azure Stack, and Azure DevOps. By utilizing the accelerated framework, customers can rapidly add additional services and integrations into Azure to meet the needs of the business.
During this Service, AHEAD will facilitate a design workshop in order to design and plan for deployment and integration activities. The length of the workshop is estimated and will be dependent on data already gathered from the customers environment, including size and complexity. Out of the design workshop(s), customers can expect to be provided with a deliverable of backlog items in order to successfully automate the customer's requested integrations into Azure.
Following design activities, AHEAD will work with customers through to deploy and automate the requested integrations for up to an estimated 6-8 weeks, dependent on the approved design, size and complexity of the customer's environment, customer's requested integrations, and additional support including knowledge transfer and customer handoff. As an outcome of these services, customers can expect to see an added value of standardizing their IT service stacks in order to safely onboard Azure services, creating procedures that can be turned into automated workflows, and automating their technology stacks to save time and improve quality while operating in Azure.
