• We can consolidate the data warehouse solution or build analytical data marts for specific application needs (we’ll choose the best Azure database or storage solution, integrated with the most opportune analytical service)
• We can also help you to bring greater value to your business by designing solutions for AI & ML (through services like Azure Machine Learning, Cognitive Services or Bot Service)
• We can redraw the entire data management flows for faster and cost-efficient processes (using services for automation, orchestration and governance).
  This data discovery phase will allow us to cover the following aspects:
• Understand the analytical requirements in the business
• Ensure overall understanding of the current capabilities and constraints
• Engage with stakeholders to identify risk, gaps and needs

• Suggested team shape with required seniority and size. Value for the customer: the discovery phase is an independent timeboxed assessment that produces a radiography of the considered Data scope, suggests preliminary recommendations, and eventually sets the scene for the future collaboration. It creates the foundation for the future project stages that usually are portrayed by high expectations from technical perspective.
