The Healthcheck

Working together

A typical Healthcheck consists of two days of technical discovery by one of our specialists, using read-only configuration review scripts, performance capturing tools and hands-on platform checks. We can deliver this on-site or remotely, working alongside your in-house team or with limited operational support. Our goal is to provide a fresh pair of eyes and additional skills.

Agenda

The Healthcheck will:

• Create problem statements which describe any existing concerns
• Catalogue the server’s services, components and dependencies
• Review the configuration and operation of the database server
• Review the performance of the server
• Identify the causes of the defined problems and any unnecessary risks

Once the discovery phase is complete, Coeo will document its findings and recommendations in a detailed technical report. This will provide you with a comprehensive list of issues prioritised by the level of operational risk they present, along with an explanation of our observations and the reason for concern. Your Healthcheck report will also contain tailored remediation guidance, giving you a roadmap for success.
