This Azure readiness assessment will provide you with a detailed understanding of what is achievable in Azure for your business along with a business case for the migration that includes an estimate of timing and costs.

This 3-day assessment is for technical and business stakeholders to understand the opportunities that Azure can provide to their business.

Agenda:

Day 1 - Client Site

Meeting with key stakeholders and implement tools to assess your current IT environment.

Day 2 - Analysis, off-site:

Following on from our day onsite, our consultants analyse the finding and prepare necessary documentation.

Day 3 - Findings, client-site:

We will present our findings and recommend the business case, costs and migration plan. This will help you understand the right way forward.

Price variability As infrastructures vary so much, the price may be subject to change based on the number of servers, applications and data that is included in the assessment. Obviously this will be discussed prior and agreed as necessary.
