Cloud Management as a Service is a big step towards IT as a Service. While making IT easier for the user, this will create a new way of managing IT. We envision IT acting as a utility service, like water coming out of the tap. It is available at any given time. You never worry about water, neither do you think about what is needed to make it drinkable. If your need for water is fulfilled, you simply turn off the tap. The same holds for the way IT should be delivered to you. For this you could draw a similarity with the way you experience Netflix. At Netflix, you get to enjoy a movie experience for a set amount per month and do not need to think about anything else. We believe IT should be delivered to you as an IT experience, where you do not need to think about anything else. This is what we call ‘IT as a Service’.

Approach: Your current application landscape will be assesed by us as the first step. This will deliver an overview of your applications and cloud readiness. Next step is that we build an Azure landingzone for you as an extention to your existing datacenter infrastructure. Then one by one selected applications will be assessed during functional infrasctructure requirements workshops. Upon agreement on this requirements by both you customer and us Telindus, we will deliver the application infrastrucuture (fit for purpose) within a time-frame of two weeks.. As soon as the fully managed Azure cloud based infrastructure is delivered, your application owner can migrate the chooosen application using our help. When application one is operational we will together moving forward with the next application kandidate.
