EASI.net - Managed Service offer, onboarding the customers environment to Azure lighthouse and enabling the Partner Admin Link (PAL). The partner admin link enables Microsoft to identify and recognize partners who are helping customers achieve business objectives and realize the value in the cloud. All customers of Direct.eu & EASI.net are applicable for this service. After acceptance of this offer EASI.net will have delegated permissions in the Azure environment to view the Azure usage and to open Azure support tickets on your behalf. Providing insights in you azure consumption and faster support / resolution of Azure related support tickets.
