Architect as a Service covering hybrid datacentre, security, and modern workplace
FLEX consultants engaged on an ad hoc basis to deliver an agreed piece of work such as configure landing zones, resize virtual instances, configure virtual networks, review and implement Azure Adviser recommendations etc. Customer have the option of engaging for a single day or more. Typically engagement will be in four stages:
- Stage 1: Scoping/Briefing. Initial scoping and agreement of work to be undertaken, type of consultant required, expected task duration, confirmation of desired outcome/end state, and qualification of any prerequisites.
- Stage 2: Scheduling. Confirmation of consultant booking for agreed date(s).
- Stage 3: Delivery. Consultant engages and carries out agreed activities.
- Stage 4: Closeout. Consultant task review and sign-off with customer.
