Managed Azure Configuration Management Service: CGI’s Managed Azure Configuration Management Service is a set of automated processes which use Azure configuration management tools such as Ansible on Azure, Azure custom script extensions, Azure Resource Manager templates and Blueprints for maintaining cloud-based environments, servers, and software in a desired, and consistent state.
Managed Azure Monitoring service: Our Managed Azure Monitoring Service monitor the health and performance of our customers’ IT infrastructure in the Azure cloud, as well as in Hybrid (on premise) and multi-cloud environments. Our Client Centric Service Teams (CCST) are responsible for providing an end-to-end monitoring service in accordance with our clients’ needs, instructions, budget and guidelines and are experts in integrating various Azure services such as Azure Monitor, Logic App, ITSM connectors, Log Analytics, Azure ARC, Azure alerts, Autoscale and Dashboards.
Client Centric Service Team (CCST) Delivery: Our CCST teams are a focused group of experts who are certified in Azure technologies and skilled in toolsets such as Azure DevOps Repos, Pipelines, Azure automation, ARM templates and Azure Bicep. Combining the native Azure tools and open source tools such as terraform, they automate routine tasks, orchestrate complex tasks and deployments through IaC (Infrastructure as Code) and bring a DevOps approach to deploying and managing infrastructure.
Managed Azure Backup & Disaster Recovery Service: CGI’s Managed Azure Backup & Disaster Recovery Service is a combination of strategies and Azure services intended to back up virtual machines, data, applications and other resources in the Azure public cloud. Our service enables organizations to design effective business continuity and disaster recovery (BCDR) services at Azure platform-level, ensuring that the recovery time objective (RTO) and recovery point objective (RPO) requirements of application workloads are met. To achieve this we use a combination of Azure native services such as Azure Site Recovery, Azure Backup, Built-in PaaS DR features, multi-region cross-premise connectivity with Azure Express Route, Availability Zones, Availability sets and global connectivity services like Traffic Manager, Azure Front door, Azure DNS.
Managed Azure Identity & Access Management Service: Our Managed Azure Identity and Access Management service is a security discipline that enables the right individuals to access the right resources at the right times for the right on-premises, hybrid, or public cloud resources. Our service deploys features such as conditional access policies, Azure MFA (multi-factor Authentication) , Azure AD Identity Protection, Access reviews and Privileged Identity Management to add additional security layer to access management. Integrating the applications and infrastructure components with Azure AD provides users with a single-sign on experience as well provide them more control with access to tools such as self-service password reset (SSPR).
Managed Security Services: Our Security services for Azure is a set of tools, methodologies and practices to help our customers manage and monitor the security of virtual servers and other cloud computing resources within the customers’ public/hybrid cloud environments. The service helps customers to adopt microsoft landing zone strategies and deploy services like Microsoft Defender for Cloud and Microsoft Sentinel across the board to protect cloud resources. Along with a Governance model and Azure policies enforced through landing Zones, CGI is able to ensure the resources remain secure, compliant and are able to be audited. Managed Azure Support: As part of our Managed Cloud Services we provide support to our customers to help them deal with outages, breaches, inefficiencies, and disaster scenarios on a 24/7 basis.
