In this 10-week implementation, Kin + Carta will help organizations implement Microsoft Sustainability Manager, develop a comprehensive sustainability data strategy that leverages Azure solutions, ingest and interpret data, and deliver a tailored MSM reporting experience for effective sustainability reporting across Scopes 1 and 2 emissions.

- Scope and prioritize data and other Azure solutions required for a full implementation, addressing data silos and diverse formats

WEEK 3-4: DATA SCOPING AND INGESTION
- Design data ingestion processes and implement data connectors, streamlining manual processes
WEEK 5-6: DATA INTERPRETATION AND ANALYSIS
- Interpret and analyze ingested data with Cloud for Sustainability, optimizing with Azure and Power Platform tools
- Develop insights to support decision-making and goal-setting aligned with sustainability objectives

WEEK 7-8: DASHBOARD DESIGN AND REPORTING CONFIGURATION
- Design a customized MSM dashboard based on organization needs, leveraging Azure and Power Platform Solutions to customize
- Configure dashboard with ingested and interpreted data for scopes 1 and 2 emissions
- Perform user acceptance testing and iterate based on feedback
- Develop 1 report to satisfy chosen reporting requirement
WEEK 9-10: DASHBOARD DEPLOYMENT AND TRAINING
- Deploy the MSM dashboard to the organization
- Train users on how to utilize the dashboard for decision-making
- Provide documentation and best practices for ongoing dashboard management
